On Demand

FaCE On Demand is a subscription-based facial comparison service designed exclusively for civilian and military law enforcement and intelligence communities.

This service supports agencies that lack trained facial comparison personnel, face staffing shortages for verifications or adjudications, or require expert assistance with complex cases. Subscribers gain access to internationally recognized facial identification subject matter experts who apply established methodologies—including ACE-V (Analysis, Comparison, Evaluation, and Verification) and morphological analysis—to perform high-quality facial image comparisons.

The On Demand services provide two types of reports:

• Investigative Lead Report – A document whose intent is to provide information to operational personnel to assist them with meeting their objective. (FISWG Glossary, V 2.0 2019.10.25) Average response time is 3 business days.
• Forensic Level Report – A document whose intent is to provide information to assist a trier of fact (e.g., judge or jury). (FISWG Glossary, V 2.0 2019.10.25) Average response time is 5 business days.
